All Hana Rock bags are handmade. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in appearance, texture, and dimensions are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique. Product images are representative — your item may differ slightly.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
We ship within Australia. Standard shipping is A$9.90. Orders of A$99 or more qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from what was described. As each bag is handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
